Brief Introduction of Mini Road Roller

 Road rollers belong to the category of road equipment in construction machinery. They are widely used in filling compaction operations of high-grade highways, railways, airport runways, dams, stadiums, and other large engineering projects. They can compact sandy, semi-cohesive and cohesive soils, subgrade stabilized soil and asphalt concrete pavement layer.

Operating Conditions of Road Rollers:

1. Sublayer compaction of cement stabilized layer in highway municipal maintenance and replacement construction; compaction of asphalt concrete at the edges and corners of trenches.

2. During highway construction, when pipe culverts, passages, abutments, and other structures are backfilled, compaction operations in areas where large rollers cannot work.

3. Municipal garden landscape, real estate residential area landscape, the pavement of access roads in golf course construction, and pavement of sidewalks are compacted

4. In other construction situations where the construction area is narrow and the weight of the compaction equipment is sensitive, compaction can be completed flexibly and efficiently.

Operating Rules for Mini Road Rollers:

1. During operation, the roller should start before it can start shaking. The internal combustion engine should be set to medium speed first, and then to high speed.

2. The engine should be stopped first when shifting and reversing, and the engine speed should be reduced when shifting.

3. It is strictly forbidden for the roller to vibrate on solid ground.

4. When rolling a soft roadbed, you should first roll it 1-2 times without vibration, and then vibrate it.

5. When rolling, the vibration frequency should be consistent. For the vibratory roller that can be adjusted, the vibration frequency should be adjusted first before the operation, and the vibration frequency should not be adjusted without shaking.

6. The adjustment of the reversing clutch, shock clutch, and brake should be carried out after the main clutch is disengaged.

7. Fast gear cannot be used when going up or downhill. In sharp turns, including articulated vibratory rollers when rolling in small turns, fast gears are strictly prohibited.

8. The roller shall not engage with vibration when it is running at high speed.

9. When shutting down, stop the vibration first, then put the reversing mechanism in the middle position, place the transmission in neutral, pull up the hand brake lever, and turn off the internal combustion engine after idling for a few minutes.
